• A courtesy of 5% is given for payment in full of estimated patient balance by cash or check or 3% for payment in full of estimated patient balance by credit card.

Interest Free Option (Dental Fee Plan or Citi Card)

• Balances as low as $250
• No interest charge if paid within the specified time period.  (Either three or six months.)
• Retroactive finance charges of up to 21.98 percent apply if treatment fee is not paid during the three or six month interval
• Fast, confidential application via phone service or on-line.

Flexible Monthly Payment Options (Dental Fee Plan or Citi Card)

• No initial payment
• Payment plans from 18-60 months with monthly payments determined by your selected low fixed rate loan term at Dental Fee Plan

OR

• Payment plan for 48 months with a 12.96% APR for patient balances greater than $1250
• Prepayments can be made anytime without penalty
• Fast, confidential application via phone service or on-line.
